Home Maintenance Program The following organizations help administer this program: The Sheepfold Church, Inc. ◙ Be Blessed, Inc. ◙ Fundingalt.com and others are continually added. ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬¯▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬  This program is also part of the Mortgage-Free Home Purchasing Program run by Be Blessed, Inc. and Fundingalt.com. You do not need to be a member of either in order to register and receive service under this Not-for-Profit Home Maintenance Program. Our program involves a monthly contribution, graduated program access based on membership age, scheduled maintenance visits on pre-determined schedule not controlled by homeowner, labor in most cases and depending on program membership age, some material costs. Emergency services are always available upon demand for lower than market contribution toward labor. Our workers include; U.S. born ministers, church members, community-based members, experienced tradesmen, contractors of all sorts whom have contacted us and qualified to serve our membership, and others whom contribute their time and expertise toward furthering the work of community compassion and economic stimulation. Attention Non-Profits & Churches: Non-profits and churches needed to expand this program nation-wide in order to help the citizenry through economic empowerment using this and associated funding programs. Organizations qualify for funding, grants and other benefits as program administrators in their regions of coverage. Issues:

Our
staff includes licensed and certified Security Guards who administer checks and
inspect contractors on site from time to time.
Contractors are expected to
maintain high standards of integrity and respect for Member's property and
belongings. If at anytime you suspect that a contractor is stealing,
please report it to the Service Agency immediately in order to commence a full
investigation. We assure you that every effort will be made to verify,
find and correct any situation involving our contractors to the degree allowable
by your member agreement. 
Your
keys are deposited in our security safe accessed only by our executive staff and
picked up by service staff only on the morning of service and must be returned
by the end of the service day. No keys are allowed to be in any
contractor's possession over-night. In cases where extra security is
requested, a security guard will either open and close your facility / home
(keeping the key in their possession at all times) or will stay throughout the
work day to ensure onsite security. These are extra services and fall
under the terms detailed in your service agreement.
