How Does This Work?:
Simply, you register today online and make your first month's contribution.  We will contact you within the next three days after your donation is received and the subscription is initiated.  We will set an initial property inspection appointment where one of our staff will visit your premises and evaluate the state of your property and check to see what needs your property is exhibiting.  You will also be asked about any issues you are in need of getting help with as regards your property and grounds as well as which services you are requesting from our available service list.   

After consultations at our main office, you will receive a schedule of services according to your needs.  With needs that exceed program caps, you will be informed of the cost for said work to be performed.  Our prices are substantially lower than for-profit contractors for obvious reasons. 

Additionally, where the law requires, or the job demands, the hiring of a professional specialist / contractor, that cost will also be quoted to you: as you will be responsible for said extra services - see the Extra Services section for more details.

Then every month, you receive the services scheduled according to the service plan prepared for you by our staff.  After set time periods, according to the plan, you will be entitled to receive more services and/or material costs in addition to the labor which is usually included in the basic maintenance membership program.
