Service Details
There are different service levels included in this program.
In order to qualify for more service levels, you must be a member for a certain amount of time or sign-up to a fundingalt.com funding program. Each service level has an easy to understand time-based requirement to make it easy to understand when you will qualify for additional services. As always, members can opt to pay for extra service out of pocket.
In most cases, all new members have access to all service categories as part of their basic membership.
Members are not subject to other costs or billing unless:
1. You desire or need more services or service units than that pertaining to your service level.
2. Your service address is outside the Five Boroughs of New York City: Brooklyn, Queens, Bronx, Manhattan, Staten Island. (Outside these
areas, you will incur a fuel surcharge which will vary with the price of gasoline and the mileage from and to Queens, NY - 1 gallon will be
the minimum. This will be billed to you separately through email and payable online or in cash to the service employee. Staten Island members will also incur a toll surcharge
equal to the amount of the toll on the Verrazano Expressway.
Basic Service is immediately available after the initial service schedule is prepared and delivered to the member.
For the purpose of time period requirements - membership age is calculated from the time the initial payment is processed.

Time for basic services to begin.
No service is provided until the service schedule has been designed, approved by our service manager and delivered to the member. The services will commence on the first scheduled performance day as shown on member's service schedule.
Only one service will be commenced usually during the first month of membership. Other services will be added as the membership age goes maturing. This structure will be inherent in the service schedule. If any work is required before its due on the schedule, it can be performed as an extra service for which the member will incur extra charges depending on the type of job and its size. This is to be negotiated with the contractor. In the event you have yet to meet the contractor in charge of that area, you may call the agency for the number of the contractor who would normally service your account.
