What Does Being An Affiliate Entail?
First:  You must register with our program - REGISTER HERE for FREE!

Second: The Home Maintenance Program requires five (5) contractors whom you will have to recruit to participate in our program.  We will make available an online presentation for them to log into and we can address them directly and they can ask any questions they may have.  Sometimes, these contractors can be found within your own organization.  Contractors can be anyone who has mowed a lawn or painted a room to full-fledged contracting companies.  They must review our program and agree to our contractor terms of membership in order to qualify for membership.

Third: After these contractors have signed on, you must order your flyers from your local printer with the necessary contact modifications.  You may use this time to recruit extra flyer distributors or just rely on your group of contractors to distribute for you.

Flyer Distribution:  Must be done in a methodical manner, block by block & business by business in order to not lose track on where our offer has already been introduced.

Fourth:  Just answer the phones and set up initial inspections for your designated inspector - should be the professional in charge of general contracting services.

Fifth:  Take inspectors report and produce a 12 month service report for each new member.

Sixth: Manage monthly payments - keep membership data & accounts up to date, recording work done and other interaction with each member and account.

Seventh: Inspectors must always follow-up after jobs are done to inspect the quality of work and member satisfaction.  It is good that program administrators visit each member at least twice a year to survey member's satisfaction, identify quality control issues, assure members, seek feedback and demonstrate by the visit, our commitment to their overall satisfaction and value derived from our program.

Eighth: All administrators & vendor / contractors must register for and attend our online Affiliate / Provider Program Conference.  This weekly conference provides real time communication, updates and changes to program features, policies and procedures that all contractors and administration need to be aware of.  In addition, it is a course, of sorts, that helps administrators train their contractors and employees in the organizational procedures necessary for their success.  Non-profit administrators, as well as some professional contractors,  will be invited to co-host certain classes in order to enhance the informational and practical issues inherent in our service.
